My name is Alexander Shevchuk, I am glad to see you on my site.
I painted such long how I remember myself. In the childhood when I was four years old my older sister introduce me the ABC, the first thing i did was draw on other side. I was punished. I’m 35 but her critic for my draws wasn’t change.
In 2007 I finished National Academy of Fine Art Kiev Ukraine, easel painting faculty. I keep my work in a private collection in many countries of the world. You can find it in auctions Christie's and Lots Road Chelsea .
My creativity gives preference to a portrait because is convey the depth of the inner world of human. And how much we are alike, each has their own world.
I love to travel, in my opinion traveling is extremely important for any artist, is a way to get new ideas for my work. Meeting new people, new cultures, new places. I don't want to miss the opportunity of knowing places or hearing people which cant be replace by books, movies or newspapers.
